Anime costumes (for Halloween?)
Yeah, they aren't anime, but they are Halloweenie, yes? The article is from the NY TIMES. Fun piece to look at. Remember to put fun in your packages for the audience. The narrator is so accepting of these kids. He has been around the fashion scene for years.

This is interesting, I have always heard of it and seen pictures of it. Basically the convention is where people who love anime dress up as their favorite character of anime/games. What's interesting is that the kids/adults who wear the outfit would usually craft their clothing for it or would spend a lot of money for the costume. But it shows lots of creative artwork.
